Tommy's journey in the spirits and hospitality industry began at Flustret in Uppsala, where he honed his business management and customer service skills. His career took off at Berntson Brands AB, where he held various roles including Regional Sales Account Manager, Brand Ambassador, and Senior Brand Manager Spirits. These positions allowed him to master brand development, social media communication, and trade marketing.
At TOMP Beer Wine & Spirits AB, Tommy further specialised in event planning, digital marketing, and strategic brand management, significantly enhancing his project management skills. His strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting capabilities were crucial in his role as Brand Manager at Spivi Sweden, driving brand success in a competitive environment. At Franzette Bistro Palma, he continued to leverage his extensive experience in brand awareness, constantly adapting to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
